The Herbaly community has really grown in the past few years. And there’s something common in the community.

They all share the understanding that the natural way is the right way. Of course, they all also have a story to tell.

In this post, we’re going to share a few of our customers’ stories, including what they’ve managed to get out of their love for Herbaly tea.

“I’ve learned to appreciate myself.” – Brandon K.

Brandon went through a tough time in his youth. He had a troubled youth and problems with his blood sugar since early in life.

But it wasn’t until he was in his forties that the condition worsened. It progressed such that he had to shoot up insulin four times a day. Brandon almost lost a toe after a small cut turned bad.

It was shortly after the incident that Brandon vowed to take better care of himself. He admitted:

It took lots of exploration and focusing on what I can do as opposed to what I can’t.”

Brandon kept working at it and arrived at a routine that suited him. Today, he’s feeling better than he’s been in forever.

I exercise, I meditate, and I’m enjoying life. I spend a lot of time in nature and I’m grateful for every second of my life.”

“Don’t be afraid to disconnect.” – Roza T.

For a long time, Roza suffered from the disease of the soul. In her teen years, what started as feeling socially anxious developed into a crippling mental disorder.

It got so bad that Roza was losing touch with reality. Negative thoughts were around every corner and whatever hope she had for the life ahead was diminishing.

Fortunately, she took the matter into her own hands before it was too late. She says:

When I was feeling down a lot of people told me that the best thing I could do is connect.”

They urged me to get on social media and interact with people. But it didn’t help any.”

According to Roza, disconnection can be beneficial at times, especially if you’re using it to get better.

Take a step back and start focusing on yourself. Ask yourself the right questions.

“Do you even know the thoughts that bother you?

“Can you do anything about them?

“Disconnect from the outer world and focus on introspection. That’s where you’ll find the key.”

“Meditate, meditate, meditate.” –Maria P.

Maria never paid much attention to meditation despite her friends’ sincere urging. It was only after her health took a turn that she took an interest in it.

I was miserable then,” Maria admits. “My life was going south and I was completely helpless.”

For a time, Maria relied strictly on the standard medical advice, but she wasn’t getting any better. She had to try something else and luckily she did.

I had no idea what to do in the beginning. I was devastated and nothing worked. I couldn’t exercise and my thoughts were all over the place. I was losing it.”

And then she remembered what her friends told her about meditation. In her words:

Meditation is the best thing to have happened to me. My thoughts are like a puzzle and meditation enables me to pick up the pieces.

Your eating habits can determine your health in many ways.

Annabelle learned it the hard way.

She’d neglected her nutrition for a long time. As a result, she became beset with unhealthy weight, blood pressure, and cholesterol.

It went on until Annabelle changed her diet to organic and natural foods. She shed the extra pounds and got her conditions under control.

I hate to say it but I essentially treated my body like a dumpster. I didn’t give a damn what I ate as long as I enjoyed it. I lived on soda and processed food until I hit a wall…”

Annabelle went full organic and restructured her diet for her health. The results were remarkable.
